Refunds within 14 days. If a report is not what you expected, email hello@hueandshape.com within 14 days of buying it.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each report is a single payment. There is no renewal, no stored card and nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Refunds within 14 days of purchase: email hello@hueandshape.com and we refund it through Polar. The report locks again once the refund goes through.
Why does the button open the free tool first?
The report is built from your own measurements, so it needs a result to read. The free tool takes about a minute for a face and two for color, and checkout opens as soon as your result is ready.
Do I need an account?
No. You can pay without one, and the report opens in the same browser straight after. Polar asks for your email for the receipt; sign in with that email later and the report is there on any device.
What happens to my photo?
It is never uploaded. The report is built from the measurements, which are stored only when you save a result or buy its report.
Is a report medical advice?
No. It is styling information based on measurements. It does not diagnose anything and does not recommend procedures.
